Privacy Policy

Global Workforce Learn ("GWL", "the Service") is a learning platform for people who work or plan to work in Japan. The mobile app edition is operated by Ree Ben Corporation, Inc. (Tokyo, Japan). The system is developed and provided by J-MANGA CREATE Inc. (Tokyo, Japan). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and preferred language. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account.
• Learning records: courses opened, quiz answers and scores, study streaks, and certificates issued.
• Purchase information (app edition only): your subscription status and its expiry date, provided by Google Play or the App Store. We do not receive or store your card number.
• Questions to the AI tutor: the text you type when using the in-app AI study assistant.
• Technical information: approximate device type and browser, used for security and to keep the Service running.

2. How we use it

• To let you sign in, save your progress, and issue certificates.
• To provide paid features after a purchase, and to stop them when a subscription ends.
• To answer questions asked to the AI tutor.
• To improve courses and fix problems. For this purpose we also keep anonymous statistics, such as how many questions were answered correctly in each display language and at what time of day people study. These statistics do not contain your name, email address, company, or account ID, and cannot be used to identify you. We may share or publish them only in this anonymous, combined form, and never for groups so small that a person could be identified.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show third-party advertisements.

3. Service providers

• Google (Firebase): sign-in and secure storage of accounts and learning records.
• Vercel: hosting of the website and app.
• Google Play: processing of subscriptions in the Android app.
• Apple (App Store): processing of subscriptions in the iPhone and iPad app.
• Anthropic: generates the AI tutor's replies. Your question text is sent for that purpose only and is not used to train AI models.

4. Business and school accounts

If your account was issued by your employer, a supporting organisation, or a school, that organisation can see your learning progress and certificates. This is how the Service supports training programmes. Individual members who sign up in the app share their records with no one.

5. Deleting your account

Individual members can delete their account and all learning records at any time from Account → Delete account inside the app, or at https://learn.globalworkforce.jp/account after signing in. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in the store you purchased from — Google Play or the App Store; deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Members with an organisation-issued account should ask their organisation to remove the account.

6. Children

The Service is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Global Workforce Learn(以下「本サービス」)は、日本で働く方・働く予定の方のための学習サービスです。 アプリ版は株式会社Ree Ben Corporation(東京都)が運営し、 システムは株式会社J-MANGA CREATE(東京都)が開発・提供しています。 本ポリシーは、取得する情報とその利用目的を説明するものです。

1. 取得する情報

• アカウント情報: 氏名、メールアドレス、表示言語。Googleでログインした場合は、Googleアカウントの氏名とメールアドレスを受け取ります。
• 学習記録: 開いたコース、クイズの回答と得点、学習の継続日数、発行した修了証。
• 購入情報(アプリ版のみ): Google PlayまたはApp Storeから提供される定期購入の状態と有効期限。カード番号は受け取らず、保存もしません。
• AI相談への質問: アプリ内のAI学習アシスタントに入力した文章。
• 技術情報: 端末やブラウザのおおまかな種類。安全確保とサービスの維持に使います。

2. 利用目的

• ログイン、学習の進み具合の保存、修了証の発行のため
• 購入後に有料機能を提供し、定期購入が終了したときに停止するため
• AI相談への回答のため
• コースの改善と不具合の修正のため(このために、表示言語ごとの正答率や学習している時間帯など、個人が分からない形の統計もとっています。この統計にはお名前・メールアドレス・会社名・アカウントIDは含まれず、個人を特定することはできません。共有・公表するときもこのまとめた形に限り、個人が分かるほど少人数の数字は出しません)

個人情報を販売することはありません。第三者の広告は表示しません。

3. 業務委託先

• Google(Firebase): ログイン機能と、アカウント・学習記録の安全な保管
• Vercel: ウェブサイトおよびアプリの配信
• Google Play: Android版アプリの定期購入の処理
• Apple(App Store): iPhone・iPad版アプリの定期購入の処理
• Anthropic: AI相談の回答文の生成。質問の文章はその目的にのみ送られ、AIの学習には使われません。

4. 企業・学校が発行したアカウント

勤務先・支援団体・学校から発行されたアカウントをお使いの場合、その組織は学習の進み具合と修了証を確認できます。 これは研修の実施を支えるための仕組みです。アプリから登録した個人会員の記録は、誰とも共有されません。

5. アカウントの削除

個人会員は、アプリ内の「アカウント」→「アカウントを削除」から、または ログイン後に https://learn.globalworkforce.jp/account から、 いつでもアカウントと学習記録をすべて削除できます。削除は即時に行われ、元に戻せません。 定期購入が有効な場合は、先に購入したストア(Google PlayまたはApp Store)で解約してください。アカウントを削除しても定期購入は解約されません。 組織から発行されたアカウントの削除は、その組織にご依頼ください。

6. 子どもの利用

本サービスは16歳以上の方を対象としています。16歳未満の方の情報を意図して取得することはありません。
